Let's Get Magical
Orcas Island is a magical place saturated with powerful energy. We'll be taking the opportunity to explore the energetic body through multiple modalities such as self realization workshops, shamanic journeys, moving & breathing meditation, and conscious ceremony.
Ever been curious about reiki? Now's your chance to get a taste. Toni will be providing optional reiki-inspired healing techniques throughout this retreat.
Dive Deep Into Your Practice
Refine your practice and push your edge in a safe and supported environment. Each day you will have access to a delicious yoga class that was built just for you.
Soak Away Your Stress
The soaking tubs and sauna are an idyllic way to begin or finish a day here. For many visitors, this experience is the centerpiece of their stay, offering supreme relaxation with one of the best views in the region.
The spa features three outdoor hot tubs, a dry sauna, outdoor shower and an on-site bathroom. Deepen your relaxation by getting a massage in one of our on-site treatment studios.
Healing Through Movement
We'll give you new tools to reawaken your body and the child within. Find new ways to release stored tension and trauma, using movement and dance to lighten your load.
Connect With Nature
Walk to the tip of Meditation Point and watch the active sea life playing in front of you. Take a vigorous hike up Mt. Constitution, or join a kayak tour and experience the San Juan Islands from the water. Or just kick back and take it all in...
Indulge Your Senses
We will be incorporating theraputic essential oils into our yoga and relaxation offerings...to maximize your BLISS.
It's all about location...
The beautiful Doe Bay Resort on Orcas Island
"Coming on this retreat has been amazing. I have wanted to do a yoga retreat for a long time and finally decided to do whatever it took to make it happen. I'm SO glad I did. It has been even better than I imagined...It felt like summer camp for grown-ups. I will cherish this experience and the memories made. I leave feeling empowered, relaxed, and happy."

Meet Your Teachers
Toni & Lindsi
The "Kay" Sisters that's what we call ourselves.
Our shared middle name (which Lindsi later adopted as her last name!) barely scratches the surface of the deep connection we‘ve discovered over time.
We can't quite explain the force that brought us together all those years ago, but our teaching partnership was born from a shared recognition of the balance we bring into each other’s life, both personally and professionally.
Together we guide students between stillness and movement,
empower them to see value in both shadow and light,
all while exploring the YIN and YANG of self compassion and realization.
Laughter, levity, spiritual inspiration and adventure are just a few of the things we offer on our retreats.
As we step deeper into our gifts we teach you to do the same. As we step deeper into our fullest expression of our boldest and brightest life we champion you to do the same. We will laugh with you, cry with you, play with you and LIVE OUT LOUD with you!
